CEO & Founder, Elevated Construction Management
Hezekiah Hendrix is the CEO and Founder of Elevated Construction Management, bringing nearly two decades of hands-on experience in high-end residential construction and development. His passion for building began over 22 years ago when he joined one of the most prominent custom home builders in the Las Vegas Valley as an Office Manager.
Over the years, Hezekiah wore many hats—serving as Estimator, Project Coordinator, and Project Manager—ultimately becoming the go-to contact for homeowners, architects, subcontractors, and field teams. Known for his exceptional customer service and commitment to quality, Hezekiah earned a stellar reputation among high-profile clientele and respected design professionals across the region.
In 2021, Hezekiah stepped away to pursue entrepreneurial ambitions—taking over his family’s trucking business and later launching his own auto dealership. Yet, his love for construction never faded. With renewed vision and a supportive partnership with his wife, Alisha, he returned to his roots and founded Elevated Construction Management.
Today, Hezekiah leads the company with a focus on custom residential builds and remodeling, combining his deep industry knowledge, attention to detail, and relationship-first approach to deliver elevated results for every client.
Alisha Hendrix
Co-Founder | Certified Public Bookkeeper | Entrepreneur
Alisha Hendrix is a Certified Public Bookkeeper with over 20 years of experience in financial management, specializing in bookkeeping, accounting, and operational leadership. She spent 13 years building her career as a Controller and Senior Accountant for a leading construction firm before launching her own bookkeeping company in 2011.
Alisha has since become a trusted financial partner to a wide range of clients, including businesses in the service industry, construction, and retail sectors. Her reputation for being dedicated, honest, and reliable has positioned her firm as one of the top bookkeeping companies in the Las Vegas Valley.
In addition to her financial expertise, Alisha is a seasoned entrepreneur. She has successfully launched and operated multiple small businesses, including a mental health agency, a trucking company, and an HVAC firm. Her ability to identify opportunities and bring ideas to life reflects her bold entrepreneurial spirit and deep understanding of business operations.
Driven by purpose and fueled by vision, Alisha continues to build ventures that are rooted in integrity, sustainability, and service.
Alexis Hendrix
Co-Founder | Project Administrator | Entrepreneur
Alexis Hendrix is a seasoned Project Administrator with 8 years of experience in operations, office administration, and project coordination. She is known for her exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to support complex projects with efficiency and professionalism. Alexis plays a vital role in streamlining communication, managing documentation, and ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day operations.
She began her academic journey at Arizona Western College and later earned a degree in Business Management, equipping her with strong foundations in leadership, administrative systems, and team operations.
Inspired by her mother’s entrepreneurial spirit, Alexis has also launched and operated several successful small businesses, including Slay La Bella, Dirty-in-the-Dark, and Lexi’s Lash Lounge. Her drive, creativity, and commitment to excellence continue to shine through in both her professional and entrepreneurial pursuits.
